“Fishing at Newell Beach has a variety of species”

Fishing at Newell Beach has a variety of species on the reef out of the front of the park. You can find Coral Trout, Grassy Sweet Lips, Stripies, sharks to name a few. The Mossman River close to the park has a boat ramp. In the river you can fish for Barramundi Queenies, Bream to name a few. You can also put your crabpots out to try to catch the odd mudcrap. On the other side of Newell Beach there is a salt water creek. You find the same species in there as in the Mossman River. Fishing at Newell Beach is terrific.
